Privacy policy

Oren Creative (“we”, “us”) is a creative studio based in Jaipur, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We keep it short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email orencreative3@gmail.com and ask.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. This site has no sign-up and no form that sends your details to us. The brief form on our contact page opens a pre-filled draft in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.
Basic analytics. The site uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which counts page views and the sites visitors arrive from. We don’t use it to build a profile of you. Our own code on this site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
We don’t collect payment details, we don’t run advertising pixels, and we don’t buy or sell contact lists.
Who else sees it
Nobody else. We don’t share enquiries with clients, partners or anyone outside the studio.
How long we keep it
Emails stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful to either of us, and we delete them when you ask. Analytics data is kept by Framer under its own retention policy.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you’re in the EU or UK, the same requests are yours under the GDPR, along with the right to object and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top. We don’t keep an archive of earlier versions, so if that matters to you, keep your own copy.
